As Alışan Den Hartogh Cleaning Facility, we not only provide tank container maintenance and repair to our customers, but also offer long-term maintenance and management solutions. All operations carried out in our facilities are performed in accordance with the highest safety standards and environmental regulations in the industry.

Our expert team conducts suitability and safety checks on tank containers before they are rented out.

The goal is to ensure the smooth use of the container during the rental period and to keep records of this.

All customer information is provided transparently by our experienced technical teams, in accordance with our company's rules. Documentation of each stage (cleaning, testing, photography, reports) is carried out in accordance with ADR and IMDG regulations.

On Hire / Off Hire Service Details;
- External and internal visual inspection: Detection of scratches, dents, rust, deformation, etc.
- Cleaning inspection: Checking whether the tank is completely empty and clean.
- Cleaning process: Internal cleaning and certification using appropriate methods (food, chemical, etc.) if necessary.
- ECD document (European Cleaning Certificate): Preparation and archiving.
- Pressure test and leak test.
- Equipment inspection: Functionality of lid, manlid, valve, ventilation, heating equipment.
- Maintenance, repair, and certification if necessary.
- Label, warning sign, and serial number checks.
- Photography: Taking high-resolution photographs of all surfaces.
