At the heart of ISO tank container operations, these processes, including the Lift-On/Lift-Off operations during the loading and unloading of ISO tank containers at our cleaning facility, are carried out safely in accordance with occupational safety and health (OSH) rules by professional equipment and trained personnel.

A total of 4 Konecranes Reach Stacker machines (2025 model, full and empty) are used.

 
Our main services within this scope include:
- Lift-off of tank containers from tractors or trailers
- Lift-on of heating, product transfer, and post-storage reloading
- Use of Reach Stacker equipment suitable for 20-foot and 40-foot ISO tanks

- Positioning of containers in the most efficient way on site
- Visual/physical inspection before and after operation
- Ensuring all handling operations are carried out in accordance with SQAS and occupational health and safety rules
- Monitoring of handling and storage processes with leading and advanced software programs in Europe is carried out by us and reported to our customers. This is our priority.

In our facilities covering a total area of ​​15,000 m², we store full and empty ISO tank containers and dry cargo containers in a safe and systematic manner.

1. Laden Tank Storage
ISO tank containers with different contents such as chemicals and food;

2. Tank Tracking and Stock Management
- All incoming and outgoing tank containers are managed and recorded with the Field Management system software in accordance with SQAS and OHS rules.
- Serial numbers, content information, and positions are tracked. - Stock information is regularly updated and shared with customers.
3. Tank Transfer and Shipment Organization
- Shipments are carried out from the site to the port, production facilities, or other locations with logistics support services.
4. Software Usage

5. Security and Environmental Management

At our facilities, we offer different heating solutions tailored to the technical specifications and needs of your ISO tank containers. Our heating systems are used to preserve the physical properties of your product during transport or storage, to re-liquefy it, or to bring it to the ideal temperature before unloading.

1. Steam Heating: Provides homogeneous and powerful heating. Ideal for chemical and viscous products.
2. Hot Water Heating: Provides gentle heating, suitable for situations where product sensitivity is critical.
3. Electric Heating: Offers precise and controlled heating. Preferred for products requiring continuous temperature control.
