At the heart of ISO tank container operations, these processes, including Lift-On/Lift-Off operations during the loading and unloading of ISO tank containers at our cleaning facility, are carried out safely in accordance with occupational safety and health regulations by professional equipment and trained personnel.
A total of 4 Konecranes Reach Stackers (2025 model, full and empty) are used.
Our main services within this scope are:

In our SQAS certified cleaning facility, tanks and tankers are washed according to the washing recipes in our systems, based on the specifications of the SDS (Safety Data Sheet) shared by the customer, and the comments of our OHS experts and environmental consultants. The products contain residues from the chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, and food industries.

Our expert team performs comprehensive cleaning of the interior and exterior surfaces of your ISO Tank Containers, using superior technology equipment and techniques depending on the needs of the sector and industry. Washing service is provided on a total of 4 washing lines.

On Hire / Off Hire Service Details
- External and internal visual inspection: Detection of scratches, dents, rust, deformation, etc.
- Cleanliness inspection: Checking whether the tank is completely empty and clean.
- Cleaning process: Internal cleaning and certification using appropriate methods (food, chemical, etc.) if necessary.
- ECD document (European Cleaning Certificate): Preparation and archiving.
- Pressure test and leak test.
- Equipment inspection: Functionality of lid, manlid, valve, ventilation, and heating equipment.
- Maintenance, repair, and certification processes if necessary.
- Label, warning sign, and serial number checks.
- Photography: Taking high-resolution photos of all surfaces.
- Providing technical support during use (heating, cooling, repair, etc.).
- Rapid intervention in case of possible damage/malfunction.
- Regular communication with the customer and customer satisfaction follow-up.
